Reflexology is a science that deals with the principles that there are reflex areas in the hands and feet that correspond to all the organs and glands of the body. Sensitive areas are areas of congestion and/or imbalance. Reflexology relieves stress and tension, it improves blood supply and promotes the unblocking of nerve impulses and helps nature achieve homeostasis or balance.
